I decided to start with the Bermuda Onion, as I’m a fan of onions. Just a side note here, first of all Bermuda onions are not grown in Bermuda and they are actually a variety of sweet onion. Their low sulfur and high water content allows a sweetness to be the dominant flavor of these puffs. I was surprised by the sweetness and really enjoyed these, definitely not what I expected from an ‘onion’ snack, they were light and packed with flavor. If you love the taste of sweet onions, this variety is one you’ll want to give a try.
